Raising Future Leaders Through Faith and Education.
Mango House is a home and educational haven for children in need, located in the heart of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Founded in 2012 by the Elijah Foundation, Mango House is built on two foundational goals: to provide our children with strong Christian discipleship and to ensure they receive a quality education that empowers them to break the cycle of poverty.
Mango House was born out of a desire to change that cycle. By establishing a children's home in an urban area—where access to excellent schools and resources is far greater—we are giving our children a true opportunity to succeed. At Mango House, our children attend top-rated schools in Chiang Mai and also grow in their faith through intentional, daily Christian discipleship. Our hope is to raise not only well-educated students but spiritually mature followers of Christ who will one day make a difference in their communities.
Since opening, Mango House has grown to accommodate up to 50+ children, with major building phases completed in 2015 and 2018 to expand classrooms and living spaces. Today, the home is not only a place of safety and belonging but also a launchpad for the future leaders of Thailand.
Our Values
Defined by MANGO
M - MATURITY
A - ADORATION
N- NEVER GIVE UP
G - GRACE
O - OBEY
To grow spiritually mature means to continually deepen our relationship with God, allowing us to discern His will and purpose for our lives, no matter the circumstances.
To be adored by God is to recognize His immense love and grace toward us, and in response, to love Him with all our heart, soul, and mind—worshiping Him in both words and actions.
To persevere in the life God has called us to live means staying faithful in the face of challenges and setbacks, trusting that He has a greater plan for us and that His strength will sustain us.
To experience the grace of God is to understand the unmerited favor He offers us despite our shortcomings, and to extend that same grace to others, forgiving and showing compassion as He does for us.
To obey God is to listen to His voice and follow His commands, no matter how difficult, trusting that His will is always for our good and that obedience leads to His peace and purpose.
